SUMMARY
The bindery material handler is responsible for safely moving material to and from the various processes throughout the course of a job. They will be required to read and understand job tickets to determine the correct location material needs to be moved to.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Properly read and understand job tickets
- Move material throughout the shop using pallet jacks
- Assist in stripping waste from material when necessary
- May be assigned additional duties as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred.
- Related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs +
- OSHA Forklift Certification a Plus
- Ability to read/speak both Spanish and English a Plus
