JOB TITLE: Integrated Solutions MIS Analyst

SUMMARY
Building a world-class information architecture is one of the key drivers of Hatteras’ growth and evolution as a company. As part of the Integrated Solutions team, the MIS Analyst will help to improve or design Hatteras’ MIS systems, while analyzing and processing data about our company infrastructure with the goal of creating operational efficiencies and data-driven decisions.


Responsibilities of MIS Analyst:

  • Design, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT systems.
  • Interpret briefs and develop IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
  • Assist with training and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain, manage, and update internal software.
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.
  • Analyze and document existing operations, protocols, and processes, and create plans for improvement.
  • Conduct research and network with other professionals in the industry.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar.
  • Master's degree preferable.
  • Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
  • Software development skills a plus.
  • Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
