Hatteras seeks a Data Analyst for our growing data and print on demand division. We are looking for a team player with strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a fluid environment. Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities includes importing, cleaning, transforming and validating data with the purpose of understanding and/or exporting data into other systems. The ability to present data in charts, graphs, tables, as well as designing and developing relational databases for collecting data is a must. This also includes Building and designing data dashboards for senior management with the purpose of making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.

The data analyst may have to write Data Definition Language or Data Manipulation Language SQL commands, be responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data.

The role will require an understanding of SQL Databases. Must be extremely proficient using tools like Microsoft Excel, Access and others. Knowledge of Crystal Reports is an added plus.
