We are currently looking for a Zund Operator
 

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates Zund Cutter to produce custom shape and cut vinyl products
• Reviews the schedule of jobs and plans work processes as necessary
• Ability to read and understand work order.
• Prepares files as necessary for cutting a variety of substrates and vinyl’s for the Zund cutter.
• Performs preventive maintenance per manufactures specifications.
• Processes, comprehends, and follows detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain a high level of quality per specifications.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Work overtime when needed.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience operating Zund Cutter
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.
• High School diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions
• Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Basic measuring skills including Standard and Metric units
• Basic computer skills
• Must be deadline driven and flexible to respond to changing requirements with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Reliability through attendance, punctuality and attention to work station.
• Demonstrates positive “can do” attitude
