SUMMARY The Billing & Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for monitoring and recording amounts due to the company and ensures prompt receipt of payments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed accurate bills for customers on a timely basis
• Coordinate internal backup paperwork and billing preparation
• Ensure billing deadlines are met
• Submit invoices via client portals or email
• Enter customer payments into accounting system
• Handle customer inquiries and reconcile any discrepancies
• Filing, data entry, and other accounting and office administration duties


REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma
• Associates or Accounting Degree preferred (college level accounting classes)
• 2+ years' experience in similar position
• Strong mathematical background
• Solid computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
