We are looking for individuals who want to grow with our company while learning a new skill set. Hatteras will train an individual to be accustomed to the print industry if they are willing to learn, take initiative, and keep a positive attitude throughout.
Estimator Duties:

Estimator Duties:
- Provide accurate client estimates for all type of print projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and in-house sales and customer service representatives to preserve friendly atmosphere
- Maintain balance between the profitability of the company and the achievement of customer satisfaction by providing competitive pricing
- Consult with sales, vendors, and all other personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate the best pricing
- Maintain estimating standard procedures
Qualified Candidates Must Have:
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to learn a new skill set / willing to learn a new career field with patience
- Ability to do careful and accurate calculations
- Positive "can do" attitude and focus
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines for projects if need be
- Bachelor's degree in math or print related field is preferred
